Usage data — play counts, votes (linked to IP hash for duplicate prevention)
Takedown requests — contact details you voluntarily submit

Providing the playlist service — Art. 6(1)(b) contract / legitimate interest
Security & abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest
Legal compliance (takedowns, law enforcement) — Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligation

4. Retention

Media files remain until deleted by an administrator or via a valid takedown. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security. Takedown records are kept as required by law.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact legal@notursula.dev. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

6. Processors & transfers

Hosting is provided within the EU/EEA. No intentional transfers to third countries without appropriate safeguards.
