These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of NOT URSULA .DEV (https://notursula.dev), a user-generated music playlist platform operated from the European Union.

1. Service description

The platform allows users to upload, stream, and download audio and video files. Content is primarily provided by users. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded media.

2. User obligations

You must only upload content you have the right to share.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
You must not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass security measures.

3. Copyright and takedowns

Rights holders may submit a takedown request via the site menu. We review notices in line with EU copyright law, the Digital Services Act (DSA), and applicable national law. Repeat infringers may be blocked from uploading.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by EU law. We are not liable for user-uploaded content. Mandatory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the law of the operator's EU member state. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply where required.
